Debut of the Wren Kin website
In 1990, Ruth Wren created the Wren Family Organization and the Wren Kin Newsletter as a method of sharing information with those family researchers focusing on the ancestors and descendants of William Wren of Virginia: Wrens, Wrenns, Rens, and even Renns.
With her permission and assistance, this website will continue her work.
Wren Family Association members are encouraged to share information such as family group sheets, pedigree charts, and vital statistics. Together, we can unravel our family puzzles!

I am so proud that the Wren Kin Newsletter will again be available to all Wren Kin researchers. Bonnie is to be commended for taking the torch of hope and I am relieved that my efforts of 1990-1994 will live on forever.
God bless you Bonnie.

And thank you, Ruth, for allowing Wren Kin to go online!
I also want to thank Ruth for all of her work publishing the Wren Kin Newsletter. I was an avid reader during the early 90′s and am thrilled to find Ruth and now Bonnie via this website.
I get very confused over all of the William Wren’s who lived in the 18th century. Has anyone sorted out the early ones? If so how many are there and in addition do you know how many early Wren families came to America?
Again, thanks so much for your help and enthusiasm.
